Jazz Nights by Familia Torres: Marina Sen

We get it: no one likes Mondays. Having something to look forward to at the end of the day can help ease you into the working week, however, and Jazz Nights by Famliia Torres, part of Time Out Market Barcelona’s free cultural programme, is here to help. Every Monday at 7pm, the market plays host to this series of free concerts, where you can also enjoy a delicious bite to eat and a couple of drinks to toast to the week ahead.

On October 28, it’s Marina Sen’s turn to take to the stage. The singer, songwriter and producer from Valencia (who also has roots in Madrid) takes inspiration from jazz, but also blends R&B, neosoul, house, and disco in her original tracks for a distinctly modern sound, and her powerhouse voice combines an angelic falsetto with soulful lower and mid-range notes. All this and more awaits you at the Market, where you can also enjoy the best food and drinks in Barcelona, along with spectacular views.
