Time Out Market Dubai has a casual approach with its communal seating concept. You’re welcome to take a seat at our socially distanced tables anytime you’d like.

Mon-Thu: 12pm – 12am
Fri: 12pm – 1am
Sat: 10am – 1am
Sun: 10am – 12pm
Is Wi-Fi available?
Of course! You can sign in to the Wi-Fi at the market when you get there.
Do you offer vegan and/or gluten-free options?
Yes, but food sensitivities and allergies should be discussed with the chefs and staff at the market while ordering.
Do you allow pets?
Pets are not allowed inside the market unless they are service animals.
Is parking available?
Parking is available in the Souk Al Bahar car park. We can validate your parking ticket for you when you visit Time Out Market Dubai to extend your free parking from 2-hours to 4-hours.
Are there ATMs on the premises?
No, Time Out Market Dubai does not have an ATM, but we accept most major credit and debit cards.
Do you accept cash?
No, this is a cashless market. As an alternative to using your credit or debit card, you can download our Time Out Market Dubai App where you can browse, order and pay. You can also use your standard debit or credit cards directly at our bar and eateries.
Where are you located?
We’re on the 3rd floor at Souk Al Bahar, Downtown Dubai. We’re across the pedestrian bridge from The Dubai Mall. If you’re travelling by car, the easiest drop-off point is the Souk Al Bahar car park. Walk straight through Souk Al Bahar from the car park all the way to the escalators at the other end. You’ll find us at the top of the escalators.
If you’re dropped off near the Palace hotel, you can use our back entrance.
How many eateries does the market have?
Time Out Market Dubai has 17 eateries with many of Dubai’s top chefs and local favorite restaurateurs.
Are you open for breakfast?
Yes, our weekend breakfast is available every Saturday & Sunday from 10am to 1pm.
Do you serve coffee?
Yes, Boon Coffee serves a variety of coffee drinks throughout the day from barista style coffees to nitro brews.
Can I bring my own cake for a party?
No outside food or beverages are permitted in the Market, and this includes cakes.
Does the bar have the same hours of operation as the kitchens?
Yes, but the bars and kitchens close 30-min before the Market.
Is there disability access?
Yes, disability access to Time Out Market Dubai is available by using the elevators within Souk Al Bahar. You can choose from either of our two entrances on the 3rd floor at Souk Al Bahar.

How do I order food and drinks at Time Out Market Dubai?
Contactless ordering is available for Apple and Android smartphones through the Time Out Market Dubai app. Guests can search for ‘Time Out Market’ via the App Store or Google Play to download the app for free. Through the app, the progress of an order can be tracked through email, text, and/or push notifications.
Do you offer delivery or food to-go?
We don’t offer delivery for the moment, but watch this space! You can request food to go from some of our vendors who can package your items in takeaway packaging.
Is Time Out Market Dubai kid friendly?
We certainly are – each of our vendors has a children-friendly option on their menu. You can also keep an eye on our events page for special events to keep your little ones entertained.
