Peru – Ceviches

This month we traveled far to learn a little about Peruvian cuisine. Peruvian cuisine was born as a result of various cultural exchanges over time, unique in the world. In this workshop, come and learn more about the flavors, origins and tradition of this cuisine in a workshop led by Chef Miguel Mesquita.
Recipes: Classic Ceviche and Criolo Ceviche.
Workshop not suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

– Duration 2h – Includes workshop, dinner/lunch and drinks.
– The workshops start promptly at the scheduled time.
– Participants are organized and cook in groups of 2 or 3 people.
– 1 ticket is required. valid for 1 person.
– Age: Over 18 years old.
– Children under 18 can participate in the workshops for adults as long as they are accompanied by an adult, both with a ticket.
