Libertà Pasta Bar

The same team that created Libertà on Avenida da Liberdade have now opened a Pasta Bar in the Time Out Market. This is a more casual space, where everything boils down to good Italian food, simple and authentic, in the words of chef Silvio Armanni. In this new Libertà, too, Italian heritage is respected, with the menu including many classics such as a Fettucine all’Amatriciana, Foccacia, Lasagna and a Tiramisu for dessert, but also with a nod at modernity with dishes such as (vegetarian) Maltagliati Al Pesto, a fried polenta served in a cone or a Gnocchi alla Norma. And just as, in the original Libertà, the view of the kitchen is part of the experience, here in the Market, in the space with outdoor tables and counter seats that it occupies, you can see the fresh pasta being made and going directly onto the plate, together with other ingredients such as dried tomatoes and pesto.
