New dishes at Libertà Pasta Bar

The most Italian spot in the market has a new menu to face the colder days ahead. “We mixed some authentic Italian recipes and adjusted some of our older options, keeping the original essence,” explains chef Sílvio Armani. New dishes include Gnocchi with Pesto Rosso and Gnocchi with Cacio Pepe and Truffle. The focaccia has been replaced by a mortadella ciabatta and a vegetarian version with roasted vegetables. “For desserts, we brought in some fresh ideas. Cannoli are always a hit, so they’re also on this new menu with chocolate and caramel filling.”
