Casa Inês
Inês Diniz is the experienced chef behind one of the city’s most famous dishes: octopus fillets with octopus rice. She started out at Casa Aleixo, her family’s restaurant, but ended up opening her own place a few steps away from the original. Casa Inês, always remaining faithful to the cuisine of Porto and the north of Portugal, closed its doors in 2018 while promising news as soon as possible. That moment took a while, but it’s finally here: Casa Inês has come back to life at Time Out Market Porto.
