If there’s one thing the three restaurants Flow, Mistu and Okra have in common, it’s the good atmosphere that reigns in all of them – and that alone would be an excellent argument to justify Okra’s presence at Time Out Market. But then there are the pizzas by chef Rui Mingatos, which are anything but boring. The pizzas are the stars of the menu, made in a wood-fired oven, with a dough similar to the famous Neapolitan pizza, with a stronger, more flavoursome edge. Classics such as the Margherita are on the menu, but most of Okra’s pizzas surprise with flavour combinations that go beyond the traditional: smoked duck, cuttlefish ink, octopus carpaccio, smoked burrata, fig or pistachio, among others.
