Tábua Rasa

Portugal has some of the best cheeses, hams and wines in the world and Tábua Rasa was created with the mission of giving these products the prominence they deserve. That’s what Carolina Matos and Francisco Ré have been doing since 2015 at Rua da Picaria in Porto, where they present a selection of the best cheeses, made from different types of milk and at various stages of ripeness, but also hams, cured and smoked sausages and meats that reflect Portugal’s rich tradition on this front. It is all served on marvellous boards, accompanied by a selection of Portuguese wines from small producers.
